ABOUT US
Conscient has been building homes since 1976. Our portfolio of around 20,000 homes and 35 million sq ft spans Delhi-NCR, Goa and Dehradun, delivered, under construction and in the pipeline.
Our work covers premium condominiums, luxury villas, and commercial and retail developments. Together with Hines, we delivered Elevate, a two-million sq. ft. luxury development, and launched Elevate Reserve on Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram. Our projects include Elaira Residences and Parq in Gurugram, and Asaya in Goa.
We work with architects, designers and consultants from around the world, and with partners including Hines and HDFC Capital.
Beyond homes, the group runs The Heritage Schools and Conscient Sports.
What we believe

We design for each of these lives, giving everyone room to be themselves while bringing them together.
